I'm the happiest I've ever been.
I have the perfect best friend,
better than I've had in years.

I couldn't ask for anything more, really.
I'm in classes that while stressful, are going to be so rewarding in the end.
There are days I don't think any of it is really worth it,
that there's no point in getting up in the morning.

But today,
when I got my AP scholar award,
it was all worth it to see how my mom absolutely lit up.
She was so proud, and that's something worth striving for.

There are always going to be things going wrong,
But everything fell back into place,
for everyone.






I think I'm going to switch journals again soon.
This one reminds me of a time in my life that I don't want to remember.

I really think this year is looking up.
Especially if I get the job at Barnes and Noble.
Which I think I will.
But seriously,
how perfect would that be?
